The Man Who Looks 25 Years Younger

I have this friend… an EXTREMELY nice guy. A third-generation jeweler who is now about 85 years old.

But he looks not a DAY over 60.

Some people who come to his shop (yeah, he still works some days) even think he’s younger than that.

A few years ago, okay maybe ten years ago, I asked what his secret was. (Back then, people mistook him for a 50-year old.)

He laughed it off, but I couldn’t help but ask his friends and observe him a little.

After some detective work, I found out he’s led a remarkably healthy life for decades. A lot of the things you would expect, such as organic food, meditation, yoga and so on.

But what really struck me was ‘one little thing’. He wakes up at five every morning, goes to a nearby park and does his 15-minute Chi Kung routine.

Every single day, like clockwork.

Being less than half his age myself, I sometimes feel I’m ready to retire. πŸ™‚ But not this man.

I think there’s something for everyone to learn about this practice. I know I’d like to look 10 years younger than my age. πŸ™‚

If this got you intrigued, watch this quick video on some regular people’s experiences with Chi Kung.

And if you’re so inclined, investigate further on these sites:

Exercise, rest, good nutrition and low stress has always been the Fountain of Youth. It has to be a complete part of your life.

    No argument there, Koufie. πŸ™‚

Those are absolutely the basics. It’s up to you if you want to take it further…
