RECOMMENDED RESOURCES
(To Build Your Online Business Effectively)
XSite Pro
This is the absolute best web design tool for internet marketers. In fact, it’s the ONLY one made specifically for internet marketers. It makes it easy to do the things you’d otherwise spend days if not weeks figuring out. The best time saver out there.
Instant Sales Letters
This is the classic (and inexpensive) way to get copy that works for your product. If you just can’t wrap your mind around learning copy, or you just want to get started fast, get this collection of proven sales letter templates from Yanik Silver. Choose the one that suits your product, and you’re off to the races. I used this service to get my very first sales letter online years ago and it’s still selling well every month.
HostGator
There are many great hosting companies out there, and I’ve probably tried most of them. I’ve ended up hosting all my sites at HostGator for over a year now and couldn’t be happier. They’re affordable, responsive, and promise 99.9% uptime. Oh, and the great thing is you can host an unlimited number of sites there without paying any extra! (Plus, they’re the only web host I know who operate 100% on wind energy so your karma is safe, too. 😉
GoDaddy
GoDaddy remains THE place to get your domain names for the lowest possible fee. There’s no reasonable reason to overpay for domains, so just use GoDaddy. They’re big, reliable and easy to use. Their site gets a little getting used to, but after that it’s easy going. Don’t forget to use discount codes (try GB3 for domains, for instance)!
Aweber
Aweber is the king of email autoresponders for marketers. Not only are the features great, the 24/7 support is responsive, they constantly add new features that help marketers sell more, and emails sent from Aweber get delivered much better than anywhere else. Take a free test drive!
Wordtracker
The free WordTracker keyword tools (mentioned in my EFO course) continues to be free, and will continue to be free and very useful. But if you decide to take your keyword research to the next level, and drive more traffic to your site, WordTracker has been the best tool out there for several years now. They also have a 7-day free trial you can use before you decide.
That’s about it folks – the most essential tools you’ll need to get started marketing online. When you have the toolset at hand, put it to good use with a real business model such as EFO.

Cool to see your blog! It’s very good! I miss one tool at your list: the tool which ables you to actually sell your stuff. Like 1shoppingcart. Which one do you recommend?
Best regards, Claus 🙂
Hi Claus, nice to see you here!
You’re right, a payment processor is also essential… I’d say Clickbank is the best for most people to start with: https://juhotunkelo.com/cb/
For bigger transactions, open a biz account at PayPal or look into 2checkout.com. That’s about it for starters…
Hi nice post, i read your blog from time to time but i was wondering something. I also run a blog on a similar topic, but i get 1,000’s of spam comments and emails every day does that happen to you.. Any ideas to stop it? I currently have commenting disabled but i want to turn it back on.. Thanks!
Hi Aurelio, thanks for stopping by. Yes, it used to happen more in the past to me too.
Have you installed the Akismet plugin? It should help you take care of almost all of the comment spam that would otherwise show up. See if that helps.
Cheers,
Juho
As a Newbie, I am always searching online for articles that can help me. Thank you
