Back again to answer another common question about Conversion Optimization.
The conventional wisdom is that you need lots and lots of traffic in order to have meaningful results from testing.
This is very true in principle, and you should use as much traffic as you need to reach statistical certainty.
However, there just may be a workaround as well…

the low traffic is really hard to tracking. ..
Davide: let me re-iterate what I said in the post.
Low traffic isn’t recommended, but you can get around it IF you can meet the following conditions: get BURSTS of short-term traffic from email or social media campaigns, AND create variations that are different enough to create a statistically relevant difference in a short time. Under those conditions it is possible.
